How do I know if I’m fit enough to start CrossFit?
With the right coaches, CrossFit is appropriate for individuals of all ages and ability levels. We pride ourselves on the ability to meet each of our members where they are at in a given day. So the answer is a resounding YES, you are fit enough to start CrossFit at Tiltshift Lab!
I am new to CrossFit, can I try a class for FREE? What is EveryBOD WOD?
Please join us on Saturday mornings for EveryBOD WOD - a fun team workout at 8:30 AM. This class is FREE to everyone and appropriate for all fitness levels. Arrive at 8:00 AM for a free tour and Q&A time if desired. Let us know you’re coming here.
We start all new CrossFitters off with our Elements course. This is a 6 class series that offers class times in the morning and evening to fit your schedule. The goal of Elements is to introduce you to CrossFit movements and start to ramp up the intensity. This course is free with your first month’s membership.

Does Tiltshift Lab have showers?
We sure do!
Yes! We have a free parking lot on the west side of our building (non-water side) — the entrance to the lot is on Bagley Avenue North.

We welcome CrossFitters of all levels and abilities. We hold our members to the highest of standards, and the competitors are no exception. Please use this form here to contact our Competitors Coach Chelsea directly to discuss options.
What is your drop in policy?
We love drop ins! Please go here to learn more about how to visit us. All Washington State CrossFitters get one free drop in per month (with proof of membership elsewhere). Our drop in rate is $25+tax/class or $60+tax/week.
Current CrossFitters may drop in for Open Gym at any time. Some hours may be limited due to space. Please inquire in advance.
