Chelsea Jung - Coach

I have had a life changing experience with CrossFit. I have learned the value in a strong body and a strong mind. The people that I have met through CrossFit have taught me how to be in community with others and I will forever be grateful. I look forward to meeting you!

Robb Doody - Coach

A Seattle transplant via Ohio, Robb is thrilled to have the opportunity to help Lab athletes achieve their goals. He is the proud father of two children, 7 and 10 years old. He is also a CPR/First Aid instructor and semi-retired scuba instructor. Favorite activities include hiking and camping, cooking, and (amateur) competitive haiku.

Charlie Eide - Coach

As a lover of sports and teamwork, Charlie has always felt at home in the gym. She started understanding the link between overall fitness and sports performance as a collegiate softball player and she has taken that knowledge into her Ultimate career. She has always enjoyed bringing teammates to higher levels of performance by introducing them to strength and conditioning in the gym. Charlie gets excited about the way CrossFit turns everyone into an athlete. It gives us all a chance to improve performance day to day while increasing confidence, self-worth, and gets all the good endorphins flowing. She continues to play Ultimate with Seattle teams; Riot (2018 World Champions) and The Cascades.

Annette Auger - Coach

I love to help people move. I geek out about movement patterns and proper form. CrossFit makes me humble because I have to check my ego to live by what I believe. I have to slow down to be able to do a workout with integrity. The reward is true strength and connection with body, which is a feeling so magical it is worth a fight. I think CrossFit gives such a broad palette to paint with that it never gets boring, there is always something to be better at, and something new to do, I love it.

CrossFit, in many ways, has been a powerful life changing force for me, giving me a greater ability and energy to love my wife and my children. Jessie West - Office Manager

Jessie is excited to join the team of Tiltshift Lab CrossFit. She comes to us with 6 years of experience as a CrossFit athlete and 4 years of experience working in CrossFit office administration. She believes that CrossFit has something to teach everyone. It has taught her the importance of moving with intention and virtuosity. She also believes CrossFit teaches us not only about fitness but about life. From CrossFit, she has learned the importance of consistency, hard work, determination, humility, mental toughness, and grit. Her CrossFit motto is “You don’t always have to go hard, you just have to show up and go.” Jessie has a passion for building relationships and providing a first-class experience. She has an open door policy and believes everyone has a story - she’d love to learn yours.

Nick Levato

I've loved going to the gym since I was 12, but had no idea what I was doing for the majority of my life. I started CrossFit not really knowing what it had to offer, but thankful I stumbled upon it. Because of CrossFit, I found Strongman and am now just as passionate about lifting heavy stones as I am about heavy barbells.

Luna - Gym Dog

No gym is complete without the iconic gym dog, and we would be remiss if we did not mention ours. An introvert at heart, it takes a minute to earn Luna’s love, but once the feat is achieved, she will be forever loyal.



Maya Robins

Being a young athlete can lead you anywhere in life, and for me it led me to CrossFit. I started as a long time runner hoping to build some muscle, to someone wanting to work towards being a strong and healthy member of society. CrossFit is more than a hobby for me, it’s a lifestyle.
