Bar Facing Burpee 
*Run 400M to start as a team, then split the Clean & Jerks and Burpees however you’d like.
*Run 400M between each set.

1 Minute Sumo Squat 
2 Minutes Child’s Pose with Shoulder Variation  


3 X 10 Deadlift

*Same challenging weight across all sets 

3 X 3 Snatch High Pull + Hang Power Snatch

*Around 50% of 1RM.
*Focus is on full extension of knees hips and ankle on pull and speed of feet on high hang. 

3 X 10/Leg Double Kettlebell Front Rack Step Ups

*Challenging weight, but should not have to use opposite foot. 


8 X 400M Run 

Walk / Rest 400M Between 


Accumulate 1 Minute of False Grip Hang
