Tabata Intervals

20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for each of the movements:

Pull Ups
Sit Ups
Push Ups

* 1 minute rotation break between exercises.
** Complete one movement, then move to the next.
***Scoring: Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.
